BioI’m Matt, a formerly self-identified slacker from the tundra of upstate New York . It’s been a hard couple of years of growing up fast and coming face to face with the impermanence of that which I love.
Currently I’m a case manager for a rural mental health clinic, which may call into question my own sanity. Previously spent close to a decade in various human service jobs at various group homes.
To relive stress, I far too infrequently dress up like a Viking on weekends and hit people with sticks or dabble with art or fiction projects.
